Private tests & referrals to other Specialists

In modern medicine a team approach is widely recognised as being the most beneficial and reassuring for Patients. In cases which need additional professional input (subject of course to your specific permission) BHA has an extensive referral network which includes:

Consultant Podiatrists and Podiatric Surgeons

Pain Management and other specialist Doctors

Various physical therapists

Specialist Laboratories for tests i.e. blood or swab samples

 

As such referrals are on a private basis, then either you, or your insurance company (if applicable) will be responsible for all consultation and procedure fees required by the Specialist or laboratory concerned.
